This Privacy Policy explains how General Aerosol Solutions LLC (d/b/a mööds) ("mööds," "we," "us") handles information when you visit moodsspray.com (the "Site"). It is effective as of October 14, 2026.
The Site is informational only. We don't sell anything on it, and it has no accounts, sign-ups or forms.
Information we collect
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write in your message.
Technical information
Like most websites, the Site is served by a hosting provider that automatically receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the page that referred you, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. Any analytics tools we use collect similar information about how the Site is used, and may use cookies or similar technologies to do it.
Your age confirmation
When you confirm that you're 21 or older, your browser stores that answer in its session storage so you aren't asked again on every page. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab or window.
In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as your email address and IP address), internet or other electronic network activity (such as pages viewed and browser type), and the contents of messages you send us. We collect them from you and from your browser or device.
Third parties on the Site
- Weedmaps store locator. The "Find mööds near you" section embeds a store locator provided by Weedmaps. If you use it, Weedmaps receives your searches, your location if you allow your browser to share it, and technical information such as your IP address. Weedmaps handles that information under its own privacy policy. We don't receive your location from the locator.
- Google Fonts. The Site loads its fonts from Google, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. See Google's privacy policy.
- Links to other sites. The Site links to other websites, such as Instagram, spraymoods.com and retailers. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their practices.
The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The third-party services above may set their own cookies, and they may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites under their own policies.
How we use information
- To read and answer your messages, including wholesale inquiries.
- To run, secure and maintain the Site, including fixing problems and preventing abuse.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights and the safety of others.
We don't use your information to build advertising profiles or to target ads.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our email (such as our hosting provider and any analytics provider), who may use it only to provide their services to us; when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety; and with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or transferred.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the last 12 months. We don't share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep reasonable business records. Technical logs are kept only as long as our providers retain them for security and operations.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you these rights:
- Right to know what personal information we've collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we've disclosed it to.
- Right to delete personal information we've collected from you, subject to some legal exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don't sell or share it, but you can still send us an opt-out request.
- Right to non-discrimination. We won't treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
We don't collect sensitive personal information.
To make a request, email info@moodsspray.com with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us which right you'd like to use. We'll confirm your request by matching details you give us with information we hold, usually your email address. We aim to respond within 45 days, and if we need more time we'll tell you why. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you with your written permission.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There's no agreed standard for how websites should respond to it, so the Site doesn't change how it works when it receives a Do Not Track signal.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser. We don't sell or share personal information today, and we'll keep honoring the signal if that ever changes. Embedded third-party services respond to these signals under their own policies.
Adults 21 and over only
The Site is for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us personal information, email info@moodsspray.com and we'll delete it.
Security
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't email us sensitive information such as health or financial details.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make a material change, we'll also post a notice on the Site's home page for a reasonable time before the change takes effect.
