Where to buy
mööds cannabis products are sold only through state-licensed cannabis retailers and delivery services. Those retailers decide price, stock and availability, which vary by location and can change without notice. The store locator on the Site is provided by Weedmaps with information from retailers, and we can't promise that it's complete or current. Please check with the retailer before you go.

Information on the Site is general and is not medical advice. It isn't meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
